The roadshow around South Africa to promote her new documentary, Falling Forward, along with her memoir of the same name – a personal account of resilience, personal growth and navigating life’s challenges.
Falling Forward is Rachel’s deeply personal journey of identity, resilience and rebuilding after major life changes, and reflects on her childhood and upbringing, her marriage to a leading figure in South African rug and her experience with motherhood. It also explores what it is like living under constant public scrutiny, alongside emotional challenges, loss and healing, and ultimately rediscovering purpose, faith and self-worth.

Her roadshow, which included a screening of the documentary, launched in early March in her hometown of Makhanda in the Eastern Cape, before travelling to Gqeberha, Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town in April.
